杰西的语气由最开始的愤慨到慢慢的趋于平缓，理智也在逐渐回笼。

“If I still can\u0027t convince you, then I\u0027ll leave it at your disposal, Commander. I have nothing else to say.”

其实，杰西也知道这些话对于根本就不在乎这些的约翰森根本不起作用。

他连别人的命都不在乎，还在乎什么女人的尊严吗？

这么虚无缥缈的东西，对于他而言真的还不如在乎在乎哪个女人腰身纤细丰盈，更能让他开心来得实在。

这个辩解除了气势上比较足以外，内容对约翰森而言其实很是苍白。

这点杰西非常清楚。

但让她没有想到的是，约翰森并没有因为她的指责而生气。

只是重新做到了她的床上，将身子向前倾，无限的接近杰西的身体。

“If you agree to sleep with me tonight, I can promise you never to step into the New Miracle again. What do you think of?”

什么？杰西万万没想到约翰森会觉得自己的这套说辞是这个意思。

“Your words are so ugly that if I thought about it, you couldn\u0027t hide from it four years ago.”

说着用手拦住逐渐向后倾着的杰西的身体，一个用力就让她和自己之间没有什么间隔。

可是也就是在这么几秒钟的时间，约翰森就觉得自己的脖子上出现了一点冰凉和刺痛。

不用低头看，他就知道那是杰西的刀。

“You\u0027re right, but if you don\u0027t want to be shot and killed one night, I advise you not to.”

时间像是一瞬间定格，两人就这么互相看着对方，良久没有声音。

“Okay.”

一个声音打破了这种沉寂

约翰森摸了摸她的头发“Then I\u0027ll wait for you to be willing, does this count as giving you the \u0027dignity\u0027 you say?”

没等杰西回答，他接着又说：“Get up quickly, Patrick will be here in a while.”说着站起身，欲向外走去

听到帕特里克的名字，杰西赶紧接了话茬“What happened? So he wasn\u0027t hurt, was he?”

约翰森在门口停住，并没有回头“Is he your lover, and you care so much about his life or death? You\u0027d better stop saying that.”

杰西也没有回答他的话，虽然他也没有给她留下回答的时间。

看来只能等一会儿帕特里克亲自来了之后再说了，她其实也只是想确认双方有没有发生激烈的枪战。

她还是换上了那身黑色的军装，坐在外面的沙发上等着帕特里克过来。

这个人向来是非常守时，和别人说一会儿那就是真的不会让人等十五分钟以上。

看着那个身影顶着白金的头发一路小跑似的过来，杰西立刻想要站起身迎接。

毕竟，如果按照官阶的话，他们两个人是平级，所以无论如何她都不能说服自己就这么坐着迎接他来。

可她刚刚要站起来，就被约翰森一把薅了过去，坐在了他身边。

一阵推门声响起，帕特里克直接坐到了两人旁边的沙发上，拿起茶几上早就为他准备好的冰水。

“Pak, don\u0027t bother drinking water, tell me if you get hurt, Jessi is worried about you.”约翰森不咸不淡地说着话

可是听了这话的帕特里克直接将还没咽下去的水悉数都吐了出来。

喷溅出来的水花也溅湿了地毯。

“Johns, did you prepare this glass of water for me?”帕特里克赶紧拿起随身携带的手帕擦了擦身上的水

“Of course, e on, Jessi really wants to know.”约翰森还是那个表情

可在他怀里挣扎着的杰西，这一幕帕特里克也是看的清清楚楚。

“Johns, don\u0027t you know what qualities I am?”

闻言，约翰森看向怀里的人儿“You heard, he doesn\u0027t like you, I advise you to give up.”

杰西闻言冷哼一声“It\u0027s you who go crazy.”

约翰森并没有理会杰西最后的那句话，而是重新问起了问题“What was the actual situation like, you weren\u0027t hurt, were you?”

“This time it\u0027s normal.”帕特里克也再次吐槽“Van\u0027s subordinates were discovered by the local police after bringing people into the territory of Eriank.”

“How did the police find out so quickly?”约翰森接着问

帕特里克严肃的摇了摇头“I didn\u0027t have time to ask for clarification, but the people who brought me to Tenda were settled and returned immediately.”

“Was there a shootout?”

帕特里克这次点了点头“It happened, I heard gunshots on the phone.”

“Don\u0027t worry, Casper is still in Tenda, waiting for his information.”

听到了‘枪战’的字眼，杰西的心已经提到了嗓子眼儿。
