一年后

洛达克联邦 洛斯达尼亚

今天的凌晨才下过一场雨，现在的空气里依旧悬挂着露珠，将整个空间都挂上一层纱帐般的薄雾。

也让温度一直居高不下的洛斯达尼亚有了些喘息的机会，也给了这里人民一些喘息的机会。

天气有些微微凉，所以杰西一改以往的装扮，穿着一身欧美风的工装。

上身是一件短款的衬衣，搭配上一条迷彩印花长裤，而鞋子则是她不怎么穿的马丁靴。

依旧还是一家快餐店，杰西按照约定先走进了里面，随便点了一款新出的早餐套餐。

大约十分钟后，一身休闲装束的老者走进了店面，坐在了杰西对面的那个位子。

“Don\u0027t you wear it so hot?”老者低头喝着手里自带的牛奶，玻璃瓶装，似乎是凉的。

“Of course, I think that\u0027s just right.”

“Well, have you ever been something new recently?”他开始问起新的消息

杰西下意识了环顾了四周，现在是清晨，洛斯达尼亚的人除了有工作的人，其余的人民根本不会特意起这么早。所以现在店里虽然会有来往的客人，但基本上没有多少人会选择堂食。

“Sheriff, I request to contact MP White and tell him to pay attention to personal safety recently.”

“In Slodania?”希克斯听到此消息，眉间的沟壑似乎变得更深了。

杰西轻轻地点着头“Yes, he is the official of this campaign with Johns\u0027 support of Congressman Colt”

今年在洛斯达尼亚会进行每八年一次的总统大选，而议员怀特和议员柯尔特是在第一轮选举中得票数很高的五位议员当中的两位。

约翰森支持的是柯尔特议员。

“Why did he have such an idea？”希克斯很是惊奇，他对于约翰森的了解已经算是很透彻了。

希克斯知道约翰森和其他的毒枭不一样，他不轻易和政府作对，所以这也是他能在这里生存的关键之一。

“Because someone else had told him that Congressman White wanted to change a law.”

“About what? Drugs, weapons or gambling?”这三个均是约翰森吸钱的关键生意。

“With regard to gambling, Congressman White has raised the idea of amending the law to eliminate the legal status of gambling in the country and, if necessary, to include it in the criminal code.”

“He was ready to take a desperate risk.”

“Yes, as it stands, White is slightly more popular than Colt.”

“But this was only the first round, and he was a little too impatient.”

杰西点着头，同意希克斯的想法。

她和帕特里克都曾向约翰森提出过这样的想法，而且在洛斯达尼亚赌场生意做得最大的也是他。

如果怀特先生真的遭遇了袭击的话，就算人民不知道是怎么回事，但是他们内部一定会直接将目标就锁定在约翰森身上。

“However, the more anxious he is, the more beneficial it will be to us, right?”

“Well, where is his plan?”

“There is no specific deployment yet, and my task is to record every speech given by Congressman White.”

听闻，希克斯摇头笑了笑“Sometimes I have to admire him, he really knows where his weaknesses are.”

杰西得到的又是这种不痛不痒的小任务，这种事换成谁做都可以。

所谓食色性也，人或许无法拒绝本性但是可以选择克服，可偏偏很多人连克服都做不到。

“Well, I will report to my superiors as soon as possible and get in touch with Congressman White.”

“If there is any new news, I will continue to contact you.”

说着杰西就准备起身先走，毕竟这种公共场合也并不是很安全，虽然这里不是约翰森的势力范围。

“Wait a minute, next time we better meet in a different place, it is still too conspicuous.”

“Yes, as long as you can avoid his surveillance.”

“Plus, the eagle is worried about you.”

听到了这个代号，杰西的脸上难过的表情还是浮现了出来，虽然已经过去了一年，但这些情绪却始终无法消散。

她勉强一笑“I\u0027m fine, I\u0027m worried about him too.”杰西将手中的三明治捏了又捏“How about the leopard?”

“He\u0027s fine, he just wants to see you.”

“Then wait until I e out of the maze and pick me up.”

豹子不能出现在这里，sliva小队的任何人都可以来这里唯独他不能。

杰西没有再过多停留，离开了那家快餐店。

现在的sliva小队，就只剩下她、鹰和豹子三个人了，这五年时间是真长。

狼和猫是在去年的那一次行动中牺牲的，据其他警员的推断应该是被活埋。

可是洛达克联邦百分之八十的土地都是平原，尸身被埋在了哪里到现在都没有找到。

狼是为了救猫，才殒命的。

这个男人平时很是自私自我且吝啬，没有人可以占他一点的便宜，就算是借他一瓶水，都得很快的再还回去，不然他就会催促。
